Healing In Transparency ( H.I.T.) is a virtual and online group for narcissistic abuse survivors created by LaTisha Glaspie-Harris, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider ( LPC, MHSP) and Certified Lifestyle Coach (CLC).

Healing in transparency (H.I.T.) after narcissistic abuse means moving away from the secrecy, gaslighting, and confusion of the abusive relationship toward a life of radical honesty, self-awareness, and clear boundaries. It involves breaking the trauma bond by no longer needing to hide, defend, or "fix" the toxic.

Groups are scheduled when for 4 or more people have registered.
